Contact Information: We collect contact information from Site Visitors that e-mail SeriesX via the Contact Us link or sign up for our blog feed/update form.
Contact Us: When contacting SeriesX, we will collect your e-mail address and its contents to provide the requested information, support, to enhance the Site, and put your e-mail on a contact list for future marketing messages to your inbox.
Blog/Update Form: By signing up for our blog or otherwise fill out our form to receive updates, you will receive our blog feed and other marketing messages to your inbox (see Direct Marketing below).
Direct Marketing: We will use a Site Visitor’s personal information provided to us through the Site, such as name and email address, for direct marketing purposes.
A Site Visitor may opt-out at any time from the use of the Site Visitor’s personal information for direct marketing purposes, and/or the transfer of such personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Usage Data: We collect information from and about the devices Site Visitors use to access and utilize the Site, such as through Google Analytics. This includes information such as IP addresses, the type of browser and device used, identifiers associated with such devices, and/or the web page visited before coming to our Site.
We may anonymize usage data and process it in aggregate form to operate, maintain, manage, and improve the Site. This aggregate information does not identify a Site Visitor personally. Data Storage and Transfer: Our database servers are located in the United States. If an Individual is located outside of the US, please be aware that any information provided to us, including personal information, may be transferred for processing from the Individual’s country of origin to the United States and other countries. An Individual’s decision to provide such data to us, or allow us to collect such data, constitutes such Individual’s consent to this data transfer.
Retention of Personal Information: We will retain your personal information in a form that identifies you only for as long as it serves a legitimate business purpose, or unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
California Residents: We do not monitor any opt-out or do not track mechanism, including general web browser “Do Not Track (DNT)” settings and/or signals.
